Another Reason It’s Good to Live Now
I am pretty thankful to live in this day and age. Aside from all the technology and inventions that make my life worth living, today I am particularly thankful for sneaker stores. I needed shoes desperately and have pretty particular tastes. And because I don’t live in the colonial times, there is not just one shoe store or cobbler in town or whatever. Nope, there are three just in one wing of the mall. And even more online, for particularly hard to find shoes. If the store doesn’t have the size I need, I can special order it. If I don’t like the customer service at one place, I can choose to patronize another. I know it’s sort of a silly thing to be thankful for, but I truly am glad that I have options available to me and can end up with a good, sturdy pair of shoes that suit me.
